Receive & Verify

You don’t need to ever touch a book order! Ship it directly to us. Once it's received, we will verify that the order is correct, inspect, and then upgrade your book, if needed. All along, we’ll ensure that you know what’s going on. If there are any issues with the book’s condition, we’ll send you photos and details for you to tell us what to do through our system. We partner with you to ensure customer satisfaction!

Pack and Ship

When your orders reach our facility, your books will be quickly processed, packed, and shipped for you! Your inventory will be in good hands, and we'll keep you informed through each step of the process.

Sticker Removal & Inspection

Used books often have stickers — and some have a lot! We inspect and remove all pricing and other stickers. Please note that our Sticker Removal Policy varies based on the item’s condition.

Book Repair

We have the tools and we’re ready! Minor repairs are occasionally necessary, and unlike many other prep centers, we do whatever we can to make your inventory sparkle. This clearly reduces book returns and can encourage better feedback and MORE PROFITS! Your customers should be delighted when they receive your items!

Shrink Wrapping & Poly Bags

We want your customer’s first impression to be GREAT. We shrink wrap books and, if needed for accessories or inserts, we use poly bags. This additional step helps protect books and impress customers!

FBA Prep / Label

Our Book Prep process is unmatched. Books are cleaned, repaired, and we include improved FBA labeling and shrink-wrap. Because our caring staff is diligent in processing each order, we are often able to UPGRADE books from their original condition. Ultimately, this means MORE MONEY in your pocket!

Reports & Alerts

We like to connect with you! We inform you about each delivery, receipt, evaluation, repair, FBA listing, and shipment. Our team of professionals gets the job done and makes sure you are tuned in throughout the process!

Listing Service

We will list your FBA books for you! This is especially helpful when books are in different conditions than expected. Because of our extensive experience in selling on Amazon, we are well versed in creating accurate listings that help YOU sell books!

Customer Returns?

Sometimes customers return FBA books. We can help! If you’d like the book returned to us, we will verify and inspect it. We will connect with you about the book’s condition and what should be done next. We’re happy to provide photos, if needed. We are here for you!

Even though I did outsource my Prep early on in my Book business, I was never quite happy with the service, especially the amount of follow up and follow through that was required making me the bottleneck, even when there was not any issue or question with a book. And there can be a lot of questions. So I returned to prep all of my own books.

A year later, at a business coaching retreat It was made clear that I should use my systems, experience and knowledge to provide this service to other book sellers. So I created this prep service.

My intent is to make the best and easiest book prep center to work with and to offer additional services (still in development) to help every On-Line Arbitrage book seller simplify even more parts of their business besides just Prep.
